The LifeOS SMS program delivers personal task reminders, schedule alerts, and priority notifications from LifeOS, a personal productivity system operated by Luke Sheaffer as a sole proprietor. Messages are sent only to phone numbers explicitly enrolled and verified by their owner.
You can opt in by texting START to the LifeOS number from your phone. You then confirm a one-time 6-digit code and tick an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox in the LifeOS application to link the verified number to your account. By enrolling, you consent to receive automated SMS notifications at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies; recipients typically receive a few messages per day. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact luke.sheaffer@gmail.com.

The program is intended for personal use by the LifeOS system owner and enrolled users aged 18 or older in the United States.
